Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on the information available at the time of quoting. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual site conditions differ from those originally described, including but not limited to:

Additional windows, glass surfaces, or structures not included in the original estimate
Excessive dirt, hard water stains, paint, construction debris, or other buildup
Limited or restricted accessibility
Additional services requested on-site

Customers will be notified of any pricing adjustments and approval will be obtained before additional work is performed.

Scheduling & Property Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to all areas scheduled for service.

Please ensure:

Gates are unlocked
Pets are secured
Access pathways are clear of obstacles
Water and electrical access are available when required

If access is unavailable upon arrival, services may be delayed, rescheduled, or subject to additional charges.

Weather Policy

The safety of our customers and technicians is our highest priority.

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions, including:

Lightning
High winds
Severe weather events
Unsafe working conditions

If weather affects your appointment, we will contact you promptly to arrange a new service date.

Billing & Payment Information

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

All customers receive a digital invoice that can be viewed and paid securely through our online customer portal.

Customers may manage their payment methods at any time through the customer portal, including:

Adding a payment method
Updating a payment method
Removing a payment method

Commercial Accounts

Approved commercial customers may qualify for invoice billing with:

Commercial billing terms are subject to approval and may vary based on account history and service agreements.

Returned Payments & Past-Due Accounts

Returned checks, failed bank transfers, or declined payments may be subject to additional fees.

Past-due balances may be subject to collection efforts, reasonable collection costs, and any remedies permitted under applicable law.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in delivering exceptional service.

If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion. We will inspect the concern and make every reasonable effort to address any service-related issues.

Window Condition Disclaimer

Window cleaning improves the appearance of glass but does not repair damaged glass or restore defective window components.

Henderson's Window Cleaning LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to:

Scratched glass
Failed or broken window seals
Hard water stains
Glass etching
Fabrication debris
Oxidized window frames
Damaged screens
Deteriorated caulking
Existing leaks
Structural defects

Cleaning may reveal imperfections that were previously concealed by dirt, debris, mineral buildup, or other contaminants.

Screen, Track & Frame Cleaning

Screen, track, and frame cleaning is performed with reasonable care. Existing damage, age-related wear, brittleness, defective materials, or previously weakened components may become apparent during service and are not the responsibility of Henderson's Window Cleaning LLC.

Holiday Lighting Services

Customers are responsible for providing safe and accessible installation areas.

Henderson's Window Cleaning LLC is not responsible for failures, outages, or damage resulting from:

Defective customer-supplied lighting products
Electrical issues
Severe weather
Acts of nature
Third-party interference

Limitation of Liability

Henderson's Window Cleaning LLC is fully insured and committed to performing services safely and professionally.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules can change.

We respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible.

Repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may affect future scheduling availability.
